We have a need on our team for an analyst to support key clients. The right person for this job will have an interest in what data can tell us and how it can help inform and inspire the work we do for our clients.  Experience with the following is helpful: 
  • Media, Marketing or Advertising
  • Working with large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of a query language (e.g. SQL, Python)
 
Responsibilities:
You demonstrate an aptitude with data and an interest in what it can tell us. You have strong skills in wrangling large amounts of data and have the ability to visualize it in a way that makes sense. You don't know it all, but you know the basics and continue to push yourself to learn more and take on more responsibility.
 
  • Work with clients and team members to collect, clean, aggregate and manage data in support of performance analysis.
  • Search for, identify and analyze trends, anomalies and stories to provide valuable creative and consumer insight.
  • Engage and support the role of performance analytics in the creative and content processes.
  • Support senior team members in solving complex questions/issues, while learning the role of performance marketing and marketing science within the agency.
  • Present and advocate for best practices with the client and internal creative teams.
  • Proactively manage your own career and observe, listen, ask questions and learn.
 
Requirements:
  • Up to 3 years experience in creative or media analytics, other performance analytics experience is also acceptable.
  • Prefer experience in performance marketing analytics.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating data with accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
 
Salary:
The range for this role is $60-$70K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
