Ad Operations Specialist

Ad Operations is an important part of the media department. Ad Operations is responsible for executing digital ad campaigns across our media accounts in a fast-paced environment. The Ad Ops Specialist will work with multiple internal departments, client teams, and partners to ensure digital campaigns are set up flawlessly and that campaigns are measured correctly.

-       Trafficking campaigns in Google Campaign Manager in a timely manner
-       Owns creative QA process including insuring proper functionality and adherence to ad specifications
-       Work across teams to diagnose and troubleshoot any tracking discrepancies

-       Minimum of 1-2 years of hands on experience in Google Campaign Manager
-       Familiarity with ad viewability/verification vendors (IAS, MOAT, etc.)
-       Excellent time management and organization skills
-       Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical issues to teams
-       Extremely detail oriented
-       Strong MS Office Skills
-       Experience with site tagging, QA, and troubleshooting is a plus
